License To Own and Possess Firearms

  • Two (2) pcs. Notarized Registration Form

  • Two (2) pcs. Valid Government ID

  • PSA Birth Certificate or Passport

  • National Police Clearance

  • Proof of Billing or Barangay Clearance

  • Proof of Income or Bank Certificate

  • Three (3) pcs. 2x2 Picture with Name Below

  • Neuro Examination and Drug Test

  • Certificate of Gun Safety and Responsible Gun Ownership

Additional Requirements for Businessman/Businesswoman:
● ITR/Business Permits/S.E.C/D.T.I


Additional Requirements for Private Employee/OFW:
● ITR/Certificate of Employment


Additional Requirements for Government Employee/Elected
Officials:
● Appointment Order/Pay Slip
● Oath of Office

Permit to Carry Firearms Outside Residence (PTCFOR)

  • Copy of Valid License To Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF)

  • Copy of Valid Firearm Registration

  • NBI Clearance

  • Threat Assessment (for new applicants) or previous PTCFOR for renewals

Renewal

Renewal of Firearm Registration

  • Two (2) pcs. Notarized Registration Form

  • Photocopy of Old License Card

  • FEO Online Account

TransferOnwership

Transfer of Ownership (Firearm Registration)

  • Two (2) pcs. Notarized Registration Form

  •  Deed of Sale or Deed of Donation

  • Photocopy of Renewed Firearm Registration

  • FEO Online Account from Both Vendor and Vendee

In case of Death of the Owner:

  • Affidavit of Adjudication

  • Death Certificate

  • Marriage Contract/Birth Certificate

  • Photocopy of LTOPF
